Saturnalia; it’s a night of mischief, magic and misrule.

Every 100 years a hardy band of mischief makers arrive to make merry
They’re here to throw a party
The original pop-up party
A celebration along the wall, its ancient stones bursting with stories
A celebration of Saturn, god of time, growth, abundance and peace
Most importantly, a celebration of all of us, right now
A chance to capture the moment, to carpe the diem

These mischief makers, these noise-makers, these light-bearers, these fire-lighters
They are your guides, your fellow revellers

They’ve got stories to tell you
Songs to sing you
Hot apple to brew
A dance move or two

This is a party at your place, your bit of wall, your slice of history.
A party made by those who turn up

What do you bring? Just yourselves, we’ll take care of the rest.
