Summer Bedding

My photography skills not brilliant but I wanted to show some of the work undertaken yesterday morning to brighten the green.  The town council funded a large supply of plants and teamwork was the name of the day with the maintenance crew Ken and Dave leading council employees and members of Friends of the Green.  The plants where very quickly bedded amidst laughter and quite a few aches – job done. Thanks again to Paul Blake and Moota Garden Centre who at short notice delivered promptly. Final thank you to Dave Hart who supplied icepops and boy were they good.
